Poetry:

Manju Kanchuli
Picture of Mona Lisa
I am smiling on half of my eyes
while, am crying on the other half
I am satiated at half of my heart
while, am hungry at the other half of it.
With glittered torn out hopes
with half-vanished eye-water,
by getting this heart back, from
water of love of a huge sea,
and, by taking offerings of
compulsion hanged on wall;
I am losing half of my face in silence,
I am losing half of my soul
inside the bright and dark tunnel of feelings.
On this longing residing at this page of wall
I am searching for
the artist who created me.
